What are the responsibilities and job description for the Broadband Analyst - Make Ready Administrator position at ECC Technologies, Inc.?
JOB SUMMARY : The Broadband Analyst Make Ready & Permitting is responsible for managing the flow of information between ECC, the utilities and the Department of Transportation (DOT). This position is vital to the overall success of any project by ensuring all steps of the project process are completed on schedule.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Submits maps and exhibits received by Designer to all utilities for Make Ready.
- Obtains price quotes for required electric Make Ready.
- Ensures that all payments are made to utilities for Make Ready.
- Tracks the Make Ready process to ensure work has been completed and licenses have been received for pole attachments.
- Submits permit applications to respective DOT, state, county or town.
- Ensures all payments for permit applications are made.
- Tracks the permit process to ensure that permits have been received, accepted and approved.
- Reviews pole attachment agreements.
- Requests and maintains a record of all required insurances.
- Reviews contractor applications for payment.
- Works with clients to ensure ECC and contractor invoicing is received, accepted and paid.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
