Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves providing customer service and support to customers regarding their extended warranty. We are seeking individuals who can handle various tasks, including drafting clear and concise emails, adhering to company policies, utilizing proper grammar and terminology.

-Start date April 14, 2025
-Schedule 9:00 am -5:30 pm, 30-minute lunch, and two paid breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone & email interactions.
- Draft clear and professional emails with proper capitalization, punctuation, and grammar.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure quality service.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company privacy policies.
- Comply with the dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
- Willing to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) after completing two weeks of nesting, with one day off during the week (Sunday/Monday).
- Adhere to a consistent work schedule, including being available for weekend shifts and flexibility during peak periods.
- Keep cell phones in the provided lockbox during working hours to ensure focus on customer service.
- Attend a final interview on-site as required.
Requirements:
- No history of job hopping; candidates with a stable work history are preferred.
- Must be able to communicate clearly without using unprofesional jargon.
- Strong writing skills, including the ability to draft professional emails with proper grammar and punctuation.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the office.
- No scheduled time off for appointments within the first 30 days of employment.
- Ability to come on-site for a third interview if requested.
- Willingness to work on weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) and have one weekday off (Sunday/Monday) after completing two weeks of nesting.
- Must be able to adhere to company dress code standards.
