What are the responsibilities and job description for the CPM Scheduler position at ECCO III Enterprises, Inc.?
ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a CPM Scheduler with experience developing and maintaining CPM Schedules for large-scale, multi-year infrastructure projects.
The individual will collaborate closely with Project Superintendents and Project Managers to develop and maintain the CPM schedule for assigned projects. They will monitor project progress with Superintendents and perform monthly schedule updates. Additionally, they will identify the root causes of any delays and assist in creating a recovery schedule when necessary. The role also includes generating custom reports, layouts, and filters to present schedule information in a clear format, as well as conducting detailed delay analyses as needed.
This individual will be assigned to the Broadway Junction Complex Design-Build Project, based in Brooklyn, NY, until its completion and then will be reallocated to other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria:
- 10 years of experience developing CPM Schedules utilizing Primavera P6 Software, with a firm understanding of CPM Scheduling principles
- Previous experience developing CPM Schedules for a NYCT MTA project
- Technical acumen necessary to effectively build out CPM Schedule for large-scale infrastructure contracts
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Scheduling Software and Microsoft Office Suite
The annual salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off, and more.
