Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver children during regular shifts within a tight time-window
- Adhere to all traffic and corporate regulations
- Complete pre- and post-shift activities to ensure safety for everyone
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Class A or B CDL license or permit (Passenger and School Bus Endorsements required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements, including drug test and background check
- Safe driving record
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed
Essential Traits:
- Working knowledge of school buses or willingness to learn from our certified trainer
- Good customer service skills
- Confident driving skills
- Patience, responsibility, assertiveness, and understanding
