Position Title: Sr IT Portfolio Analyst
Location Information: Onsite Watsonville, CA
Term: 6 month contract
Position Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO – Vendor and Portfolio Management team
- Coordinate and ensure team SLAs and activities are being addressed appropriately
- Support the Portfolio Manager by addressing incoming inquiries or issues and escalate as appropriate
- Support oversight of vendor contracts and renewals
- Support oversight of legal intake and legal review process
- Track vendor expenses and identify and highlight anomalies
- Create meaningful reporting using different data sources
- Create PowerPoint decks/presentations for management/executive audience
- Interact and communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership
- Identify and develop solutions for continuous process improvement
- Lead, facilitate, and coordinate meetings, as needed and directed by the Portfolio Manager
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 7 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Visio
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and SAM
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management and ITIL framework
