Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in construction sales, project management, or a related field who are detail-oriented, driven, and eager to advance within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Management – Generate and close sales leads for remodeling projects, ensuring strong client relationships.
- Project Oversight – Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Bid Creation & Estimating – Prepare accurate bids and estimates based on project scope, materials, and labor costs.
- Communication & Reporting – Maintain clear communication between clients, vendors, and the internal team, providing updates on project progress.
- Customer Satisfaction & Retention – Deliver outstanding service to maintain client trust and encourage repeat business.
- KPI Tracking – Monitor sales revenue, profit margins, and overall project performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction sales, project management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of remodeling processes, materials, and industry standards
- Experience with bid creation and estimating is required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
