Job Description :
- The Hogan Development team is comprised of application developers and architects providing support of our Core Deposits and Customer systems (also known as Hogan Systems). These core banking systems provide the means to customize our online, real-time access to the bank's customer accounts and relationships across the entire enterprise. This allows us to offer our consumer, commercial and small business customers convenient, easy access to their accounts, how, when and where they want it.
- As a Sr. Hogan Developer, you will play a critical role in collaborating with business partners and analysts to analyze the Hogan System's current capabilities to drive development and implementation of system improvement and optimization following secure coding practices. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which involves other multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership.
- This role is hybrid (Tue & Wed on-site) for candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of the Kansas City area but only within the US.
