Position Summary :
The Integrated Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives that align with ECD Auto Design's strategic vision. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. You will coordinate events, manage social media strategies, engage with influencers, capture content (including photography and video), and support the Creative team in crafting high-impact marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute creative, data-driven marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Translate strategic direction from the CRO and Marketing leaders into actionable marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Events & Experiential Activations
Plan, organize, and execute branded events and experiential marketing activities to engage potential clients and generate sales leads.Independently manage event logistics, from pre-planning through post-event evaluation.Qualify prospective attendees to ensure the highest-value leads for Sales.Content Creation & Creative Collaboration
Capture high-quality photos and videos to support social media, events, and broader marketing efforts.Collaborate closely with the Creative team to deliver content that aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.Provide creative input on marketing content, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage daily social media posts, content gathering, and engagement strategies.Analyze key performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, ROI) and adjust tactics to optimize performance.Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across social platforms.Influencer Partnerships
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers aligned with ECD’s brand image.Plan and execute influencer campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.Monitor and report on influencer performance and campaign success.Content Calendar Management
Maintain and manage a cohesive content calendar that integrates all marketing activities, including social media, public relations, and video content.Coordinate content scheduling to ensure seamless execution aligned with strategic goals.Performance Analysis & Reporting
Measure and report on KPIs, including engagement rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI.Provide insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies.Additional Responsibilities
Assist with event logistics, including lifting and moving materials as needed.Travel occasionally for events and on-site activations.Perform other duties as assigned to support broader marketing objectives.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, event coordination, or social media management (luxury brand experience preferred).Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to balance innovation with data-driven decision-making.Proven ability to work independently while taking strategic direction from senior leadership.Proficiency in capturing high-quality photos and videos for marketing content.Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing influencer relationships.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Experience working with high-net-worth clients or luxury brands is a plus.Benefits
