ECE Substitutes, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Infant Teachers to join our vibrant program.

In this fulfilling role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of children. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards.
• Observe and gauge children's progress, documenting their development and creating individualized learning plans.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Early childhood champion: Early Childhood Education, Infant CDA, or a related field (preferred).
• Experienced guide: Minimum of 1 year experience working with children in a classroom setting.
• Developmental expertise: Solid understanding of child development theories and best practices.
• Communication maestro: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Creative spark: Ability to design and implement creative and engaging learning experiences.
• Patience and passion: A patient, enthusiastic, and genuine love for working with young children.
• Safety first: CPR and First Aid certified (preferred).

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, walking, squatting, lifting, standing, and/or sitting.
• Be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
