What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teachers Needed position at ECE Substitutes?

As an assistant substitute teacher you will:
- Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Early childhood champion: Early Childhood Education, Infant CDA, or a related field (preferred).
- Experienced guide: Minimum of 1 year experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Developmental expertise: Solid understanding of child development theories and best practices.
- Communication maestro: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience and passion: A patient, enthusiastic, and genuine love for working with young children.
- Safety first: CPR and First Aid certified (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent bending, walking, squatting, lifting, standing, and/or sitting.
- Be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
