Key Responsibilities:- Provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children ages 3–5
- Support or lead classroom routines including circle time, art, outdoor play, and rest
- Encourage social-emotional development through positive interactions and modeling
- Follow lesson plans or adapt activities as needed to maintain structure and flow
- Supervise children closely and ensure their physical safety at all times
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and follow all health and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the permanent teaching team to ensure continuity
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 year of experience working with preschool-age children in a licensed setting (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Positive, flexible, and responsive to children’s needs
- Comfortable stepping into new classrooms and routines
