Electrical Project Manager
* Minimum of five (5) years electrical experience, specifically on commercial and/or warehouse construction projects
* Assist in planning & coordinating activities related to electrical commercial projects
* Attend various meetings with general contractor & other sub-trades and be able to provide quality customer service while trouble-shooting
* Oversee quality and electrical code standards - must have knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and construction safety requirements
* Read & analyze blueprints for projects and prepare time, cost, material & labor estimates
* Prepare budgets related to electrical construction projects, including takeoffs and be able to work with vendors, general contractor and subcontractors to gather information needed for accurate budgeting
* Plan, schedule and oversee projects to meet established deadlines
* Possess computer skills needed to use various software program in addition to quality organization & communication skills
* Assist supervisors as needed and facilitate communication regarding job progress - including, but not limited to material purchases, progress reports, labor scheduling
