Join Our Revenue Cycle Service Area
With continued pressures on provider margins, more complex reimbursement models, and patient cost-shifting comes a renewed urgency for effective management of revenue cycle operations. As our industry continues to see more consolidation and integration, a provider’s revenue cycle must be able to handle the growing complexity of an expanding continuum of care. At ECG, we understand this environment and help our clients optimize performance to attain financial and strategic initiatives.
Our typical revenue cycle engagements include :
- Revenue cycle assessment.
- Future-state design and process optimization.
- Performance improvement planning and support.
- Patient accounting system evaluation and optimization.
- Management services organization development.
- Insourcing / outsourcing transition planning.
- Vendor contract negotiation / renegotiation and management.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $205,000 – $252,000 annually. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECG’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG’s pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) matching program; unlimited PTO; and other wellness programs.
