The provider analytics team is responsible for producing the firm’s national physician, faculty, pediatric subspecialty, and APP compensation surveys and custom market and association surveys and managing proprietary data and custom benchmarks for use by survey members, ECG consultants, and firm clients. ECG has developed the most comprehensive surveys in the healthcare industry. We provide clients with in-depth, market-specific data crucial to identifying and interpreting industry provider performance trends.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $45.67 - $50.48 hourly. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) matching program; PTO; and other wellness programs.

Your Responsibilities May Include
Client Management
- Manage client engagements including sharing of information and onboarding activities.
- Monitor and manage client engagement and outreach activities to maximize client and survey member retention.
- Manage response to client inquiries.
- Supervise market research efforts related to client targets, including gathering organizational demographic information, researching professional directories, and other various activities related to maintaining accurate and quality target lists.

- Supervise the development of and maintenance of all CRM lists and activities, including:
- Dynamic updating and monitoring of member and ECGVault distribution lists to ensure accuracy.
- Contact verification activities and email bounce-back analyses for survey initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Development and maintenance of association and society essential contact lists.
- Reviewing and optimizing marketing campaign efforts to measure user engagement and success.
- ECGVault and CRM list audits to optimize target list development for marketing activities, including webinar and thought leadership support.
- Responsible for issuing, authenticating, and maintaining platform credentials for ECGVault.
- Lead annual survey and association marketing and outreach activities:
- Development and management of marketing materials, emails, ad campaigns, and client communications.
- Act as the key liaison between the provider analytics team and the ECG marketing team.
- Facilitate communication and development of email campaigns, lists, and collateral development, webinar planning, and audience tracking.
- Analyze and report on marketing metrics and user engagement using Marketo analytics to gauge campaign success.
- Refine and lead brochures, email content, and survey materials for adult and pediatric audiences.
- Conduct market research to support emerging specialty campaigns/projects, reporting, association surveys, potential new products, and survey offerings.
- Participate in product and survey development, including conceptualizing, testing, and refining ideas.
- Perform and support audit activities related to surveys, product offerings, and data finalization activities.
- Analyze and summarize competitor offerings, recommend survey and product offerings, and compare industry sources reports.
- Assist ECG marketing with registration of ECG survey members ( 400) for webinars, leveraging Marketo and team collaborations to monitor engagement and success rates.
- Perform engagement reporting to support year-over-year survey participation and retention activities, webinar engagement, and email campaign metrics for informed marketing strategies.
- Provide analytical support to ECG’s marketing team, including creating Excel-based reports and insights.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of project work experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Superb verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment as well as fully manage your own time and the overall project timeline
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
- Hybrid - with an expectation to be in the office two days per week
