Your Opportunity with ECG : Consultant or Senior Consultant
As a consultant or senior consultant at ECG, you'll be an important part of our consulting team. You will join ECG as a member of our Healthcare Consulting Pool, where you'll have the opportunity to gain diverse experiences by working across ECG's four divisions. Our consulting divisions include : Health System Performance, Medical Group Optimization, Payer Strategy & Contracting, and Strategy & Enterprise Growth. This framework ensures that you'll continuously learn and develop your depth and breadth of healthcare consulting expertise, preparing you for a successful career with us. We are currently hiring a consultant or senior consultant to join our Healthcare Consulting Pool with previous work experience supporting revenue cycle engagements such as :
- Future-state design and process optimization.
- Performance improvement planning and implementation support.
- Patient accounting system / bolt-on technology evaluation and optimization.
- Management services organization development.
- Insourcing / outsourcing transition planning.
- Vendor contract negotiation / renegotiation and management.

Job Locations
Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, San Diego, Seattle, or Washington DC. Able to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days in office, when not traveling for work.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $110,000 - $142,000 annually. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECG's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG's pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG's benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching program, unlimited PTO, and other wellness programs.
