Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and exceeding client expectations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand existing relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Mentor and train junior staff members, providing guidance on technical research, return review, and communication best practices
- Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improve service offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field; Master's degree in Tax or Accounting preferred
- 5 years of public accounting experience in a tax environment, with a focus on complicated returns involving individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and tax-exempt entities
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in staff development and management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
