Job Overview
As a Tax Manager, you would be applying your knowledge and industry experience to all phases of a client engagement including, but not limited to, assisting and developing staff, performing technical research, reviewing returns, and communicating with the client throughout the engagement process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review tax return and ensure compliance with professional standards
- Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure the highest level of client service is achieved
- Provide overall leadership, supervision, training, and performance feedback to staff
- Effectively delegate work to staff according to their experience and capabilities
- Develop business by expanding existing relationship with clients, maintaining personal networks, and participating in civic, charitable, and professional organizations
