Automotive Assistant Service Manager/Advisor

Echelon Ford is looking for an experienced Service Advisor looking to make the next step in their career! Individual must have knowledge of warranty policy and procedures and possess the ability to run a high volume service center. Aggressive Pay plan based on experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Delegating and directing service tasks and assisting management to ensure the team's objectives and service goals are met.
• Handling customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.
• Assisting with or performing administrative tasks.
• Assisting in Hiring, Schedule, Motivate and reward technicians.
• Ideal candidate would have knowledge and experience managing all aspects of service department, strong customer and employee communication skills and proven track record with manufacturer.
• Keep a clean and organized shop.
• Good technical aptitude or experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Previous Ford/Lincoln service experience preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
