Duties and Responsibilities :
- Guide, mentor and lead a team of Regional Sales Managers across the US, as well as Outside & Inside Sales teams
- Report sales goals and process to Senior Management and as well as industry and market specific trends, customer feedback and process improvement recommendations
- Oversee sales activities for the region, develop sales strategies
- Directs and coordinates the efforts of sales personnel toward the accomplishment of objectives while improving the organization's competitive position
