As a Security Guard at Echler Security & Investigations LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to safety and professionalism in the private security industry.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular checks of CCTV systems.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement as needed to report incidents or suspicious behavior.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Conduct loss prevention measures to minimize theft and property damage.
- Engage in conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of loss prevention strategies is a plus.
