Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent training development capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Experience in retail management or related fields is beneficial.
