Job Description: As a Nursing Care Assistant with ECHN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities: Performs additional competencies to enhance coordination and collaboration of patient care under the direction of the RN or LPN. Maintains an accurate medical record. Provides general aspects of patient care that meet physical and/or psychosocial needs, within the nursing assistant's scope of practice. Collects, reports, and assists in documentation of data.
Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent. Successful completion of certified nursing assistant program is preferred but not required. Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic Computer skills are necessary.
