Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
- Coordinate patient care by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Create and maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment with age-specific behavioral management practices.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license with the state of Connecticut
- Effective communication skills in verbal and written English language
- Basic computer skills

- Perform comprehensive assessments and re-assessments of patients' conditions and care needs
- Provide all aspects of patient care in a safe environment that promotes positive outcomes
- Document the nursing process and responses to care in a timely manner
