About the Job:
This position reports to the Adult Ambulatory Coordinator and/or to the Director of the Service and the Medical Director. The Clinician III role involves providing direct and indirect clinical services to adults requiring mental health care, including therapy, treatment planning, and case management.
The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in a relevant field and Connecticut licensure as a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Strong clinical skills, including a demonstrated team orientation and effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
The successful candidate will be able to provide flexible coverage to another service within Behavioral Health on a short-term basis and create a caring and compassionate environment through the Core Values of Teamwork, Communication, Respect and Caring.
