Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at ECHN. As a Massage Therapist, you will administer therapeutic massage in accordance with prescribed standards and techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform massage strokes with appropriate pressure and technique
- Perform massage strokes with appropriate rhythm
- Perform massage strokes at the appropriate rate
- Use universal precautions to prevent the transmission of serious communicable diseases
- Use proper body mechanics in the performance of job
- Identify precautions and/or contraindications to utilizing massage techniques
- Assist in marketing when appropriate
- Ensure work area is safe and clear of obstacles
