Come GROW with us! ECHO AFC Transportation is a full-service transportation management company providing transportation solutions to companies and individuals for over 25 plus years! We have an immediate need for an HR Generalist in our Dallas office located in Grand Prairie, Texas 75051.
The HR Generalist will serve as a key resource in the Human Resources department, providing comprehensive HR support across various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- HRIS Experience
o Make changes in the HRIS (Paylocity experience is a plus!)
o Enter New Hires into Paylocity
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, run criminal background, motor vehicle report, clearinghouse, and pre-employment drug test.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting and performance evaluations.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
