Job Requirements :
Previous Restaurant Experience Not Required - We'll train you!
Excellent Customer Service Skills - You love making people feel welcome.
Strong Communication Skills - Clear communication is key.
Team-Focused Attitude - You thrive in a collaborative environment.
Strong Time Management Skills - You know how to stay organized and get things done.
TIPS Training Preferred (Front of House) - But not required.
Food Handler Card Preferred (Back of House) - But not required.
Professional Appearance - You represent the team with pride.
Goal-Oriented - You're driven and focused on success.
Physical Stamina - Ability to stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods.
Back of House Position Responsibilities :
Work with commercial cooking equipment and prep stations.
Follow standardized recipes and HACCP standards for food safety.
Practice safe and efficient food handling.
Front of House Position Responsibilities :
Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
Operate the TOAST point-of-sale system.
Deliver food to guests promptly, whether to the table or for take-out.
Maintain cleanliness of dining and guest areas.
Assist with banquets and events as needed.
Follow all policies of 8 Mile / Echo Canyon River Expeditions and Colorado Health Department.
