Summary of Position:
Echo Multipliers are high-capacity volunteer leaders who dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to serve in key leadership roles such as pastors, directors, coordinators, or coaches. These individuals work in close partnership with staff members to expand and enhance ministry efforts by taking ownership of crucial ministry areas and mobilizing volunteer teams to serve effectively.
Role Description
- The specific role of each Echo Multiplier is based on the department and ministry area that Multiplier serves in
- The role is developed based on the person’s strengths and also the needs of the ministry
- After application, the Multiplier will define their unique role with their staff supervisor
Core Expectations
- Time Commitment: Average of 10 hours per week (including Sundays)
- Leadership Level: Serve in a pastor, director, coordinator, or coach capacity
- Engagement: Attend campus/central team meetings and prayer meetings, monthly all-staff meetings, and team trainings.
- Annual Commitment: Sign and renew leadership covenant yearly
- Alignment: Affirm and uphold Echo's mission, values, beliefs, and strategies
- Spiritual Vitality: Maintain a passionate relationship with Jesus, actively using gifts and producing fruit
- Evangelistic Fervor: Demonstrate a contagious drive for reaching those far from God
- Personal Growth: Exhibit teachability and humility, actively seeking feedback and coaching
