ECHO is currently seeking a full-time PHONE SPECIALIST / FLOAT NURSE for our Pediatric and Prenatal Clinic located at 316 Chandler Avenue, Evansville, IN.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Job Summary :
The Phone Specialist is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and directing to the appropriate clinical team member. Provides general clinical care functions to all age groups depending on the clinic site. As a Float Nurse , you will serve as backup to the provider team to evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes of care and to coordinate services for patients of all ages within an integrated health care delivery system.
