About us
ECHO Energy LLC is a company in Thurston County where we do 90% of our work. The other 10% is in neighboring counties. Our shop is located in Tumwater. We are fast-paced, challenging, customer-centric and our goal is to create 2 full time crews to keep up with business demand. Working for us is not as fast paced as some of our competitors and does not come with the same performance expectations. We work right at 40 hours per week with occasional overtime. Drive times to jobsites from our shop in Tumwater are typically 30 minutes or less. On the occasions that we do work out of Thurston County, drive times are less than an hour (depending on traffic). Our goal at ECHO Energy LLC is to create a work environment with less pressure and more levity, the work is hard enough as it is. We treat our people with respect and that in turn helps everyone in our circle stay respectful to each other. We don’t tolerate repeated toxic encounters so morale stays high.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Crawling in crawl spaces and attics (must be comfortable in tight spaces)
- Installing fiberglass and cellulose insulation
- Cleaning out debris in crawl spaces and attics
- Climbing ladders/walking on roofs
- Must be able to work with others in a team environment
- Keep a safe and clean environment at all times
- Have a professional appearance (will be dealing with public)
- Follow directions and have good communication skills
- Be able to take directions from peers and supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Minimum six months work experience as a casual laborer
- Must have experience with power and hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs
- Criminal background check
- Drivers license
- Bi-lingual is a strong plus
Hours/Days/Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
- May require overtime
- Must be flexible to work around employers schedule
Salary/Wage/Benefits
- $21.50 starting wage (2 weeks)
- $21.50-24.00 depending on experience after 2 week trial period
- Paid time off accrued starting day one-usable 90 days after initial employment

- 4 day weekends for New Years, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
