ECHO is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst. This role supports the Accounting department with several functions including invoicing, expenses, and payment processing.
This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounts payable tasks, including invoice review and processing, check issuance, and maintaining AP reports.
- Review and reconcile expense reports.
- Resolve payment issues related to purchasing, plant receiving, or supplier billing.
- Verify vendor balances for month-end accruals.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to drive process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality service and maintain strong vendor partnerships.
- Support audits by compiling and submitting required documentation.
Job Experience/Skills:
- 3 years of experience handling invoices in accounting, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Adobe PDF.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with AS400 is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or previous Accounts Payable experience.
