ECHO Incorporated is looking for a skilled Receiving Clerk to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for collecting data, reporting daily activities for receiving, supporting KPIs, and sorting daily inbound bills.
1st Shift Monday-Friday range from 6:00am-2:30pm. Starting at $18-$22/hour commensurate with experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Check in drivers and assign them a dock door to be unloaded.
- Unload inbound trucks and containers coming from overseas or locals.
- Work with transfer trucks, loading and unloading them.
- Verify delivered items and validate packing list.
- Systematically receive inventory into our system by using AS-400 (XA) and WMS (SCE) programs.
- Verify the Receipt transactions on Powerlink.
- Ensure items are stored correctly.
- Filling DPR forms when needed for damaged product.
- Maintain accurate inventory from receiving locations.
- Answer inquiries about receiving discrepancies.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Occasionally assist with another warehouse task.
- Collect data to report daily activities for receiving and materials KPIs.
- Sort and count daily inbound bills, report those numbers, and pass them along to transportation.
- Scan previous day’s received packing lists and scan them to accounting.
- Sort out daily UPS/FEDEX packages for quick and accurate deliveries.
- Help key in inbound PO’s. Both in XA and SCE.
- Get ASN numbers and clean up locations to help the receivers and put away personnel.
- Schedule inbound truckloads.
- Get necessary information to have customer service create credit memos for returned product.
- Safety, Housekeeping, security. Maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Report issues and problems to management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- One year of general warehousing experience in a fast-paced environment.

One year of Forklift experience on sit-down, Reach Truck and Order Picker.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.

Must be able to work overtime depending on business’s needs including weekdays and weekends.

Experience with using a computer and basic office applications.

Experience with XA or SCE is a plus, but we will train.

Able to clearly communicate over the phone, email, or in person.

Bilingual - Spanish a plus
