ECHO is seeking a Sales and Product Demonstration Specialist who will be based in the Southwest and will promote sales, marketing, and service support activities throughout this territory that includes CA, AZ, NV, and NM. Recent college graduates with a Business Degree or related are encouraged to apply!
This remote position requires travel using a company-provided vehicle with approximately 1-3 overnight stays per week. This position pays $75,000-$80,0000 depending on skills and experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of sales at key accounts, regional accounts, and dealerships.
- Identify and engage potential customers, conducting product demonstrations for golf courses, commercial end users, municipalities, cities, and park districts to generate sales through local dealers.
- Participate in industry events, including national and regional trade shows, dealer events, open houses, and customer appreciation sales events.
- Provide training sessions for dealers, regional/national accounts, and end users within the assigned territory.
- Support sales programs and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational programs.
- Maintain company assets, including vehicles, computers, tools, and equipment.
- Safeguard company information by maintaining confidentiality.
- Travel within the designated territory using a company-provided vehicle.
- Contribute to overall business growth and customer base expansion.
- Meet or exceed annual sales and performance objectives.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve company goals.
- Uphold professional and ethical conduct that enhances the company’s reputation.
Experience/Skills:
- Experience in field sales or product demonstrations preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with outdoor power equipment (e.g., trimmers, chainsaws, backpack blowers) preferred.
- Landscaping experience is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
- Lifting and maneuvering up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Sitting for extended periods while driving.
- Stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a sales team.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Conflict resolution skills to handle challenges professionally.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of company information.
Travel: Domestic - 1-3 overnight stays per week.
