$18.50-$23/HR Depending on Experience

Warehouse Group Leader Duties/Responsibilities:
- Verify the precision of packed and palletized products for shipment.
- Thoroughly document all shipments.
- Utilize effective communication and motivational techniques when leading, training, coaching, and disciplining employees.
- Assist in planning daily tasks to support shift activities and meet schedule requirements.
- Collaborate with other Distribution Center Leaders and Supervisors to attain departmental and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to identify the root causes of quality defects and propose potential process changes to prevent future issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary records and reports.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to develop, update, and monitor daily and weekly metrics essential for materials picking on the production lines.
- Pick products for outbound distribution operations, internal departments, and ECHO's production line.
- Guarantee the use of proper, safe, and compliant shipping methods, especially in relation to forklift operations.
- Safely manage both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Warehouse Group Leader Qualifications:
- Three years of experience in leading warehouse associates required.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Exceptional mathematical and verbal communication skills, capable of meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure.
- Proficient in communication with individuals at all levels of management.
- Preferably holds certification in Stand-up or Sit-down forklift operation.
