ECHO Incorporated is looking for a skilled Material Handler to join our growing team. The material handler is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of various materials to item balance locations generated by manufacturing or service orders.
3rd Shift Monday-Friday 10:30pm - 6:45am Starting at $17.50/HR plus $2.50 Shift Differential = $20.00/HR!

Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform JIT and nightly order picking using handheld scanners and industrial lift equipment, following instructions from the Materials Picking Group Lead.

Transport materials to production lines and return finished goods to the Distribution Center for proper storage.

Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies to management.

Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and operational compliance.

Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other industrial vehicles to efficiently load, move, and stage materials.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to support smooth operations.

Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership based on business needs.
Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment, with proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Willingness to work overtime or weekends during peak periods as needed.
