What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Account Manager position at Echo Lake Foods?
Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize customer information (ex. pricing, label redesigns, etc.)
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure prompt and accurate answers to customer questions
- Provide support to Retail Sales Director to maintain customer accounts
- Report on status of accounts (ex. sales vs forecast, pricing discrepancies, etc.)
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly
- Suggest new products that would interest customers
- Promote new products to existing customers
Requirements and Skills:
- Background with a Private Label Retail entity is a MUST
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Well organized
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and accommodate changing priorities
