We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Client Relations Manager to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and building long-term relationships with our valued clients.

As a Client Relations Manager , you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, address concerns, and foster a positive and collaborative partnership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand client needs and goals, providing expert advice, solutions, and recommendations to maximize satisfaction and success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and present regular client reports and performance reviews, ensuring clients are informed and confident in the services provided.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, driving additional business and promoting new offerings.
  • Assist in the development of client-facing materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications :

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
