Experienced Concrete Finisher

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete forming and finishing, with the ability to work effectively on various construction sites. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve desired texture and appearance.
• Install masonry elements, including bricks, blocks, and stones as needed.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on the construction site.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and flooring installers, to ensure project success.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete finishing with heavy equipment operation and safety practices on construction sites.
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to concrete work.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
