EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Sales Admin / Document Specialist for our dealership in San Antonio, TX. As a Document Specialist, you will play an important role in the smooth and friendly guest experience. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment; we’re looking for you. As a Document Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the financial documentation process.
What You’ll Do :
- Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
- Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
- Check all paperwork for the correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Verify insurance, trade payoffs, and obtain deposits
