As Financial Document Specialist, you will play an important role in the smooth and accurate review of all paperwork required to complete the sale vehicles at our store. Ifyou’rea self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. As a Financial Document Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of the financial documentation process.

Job Description
EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Financial Document Specialist for our store located in Grand Prairie TX. As Financial Document Specialist, you will play an important role in the smooth and accurate review of all paperwork required to complete the sale vehicles at our store. Ifyou’rea self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. As a Financial Document Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of the financial documentation process.
WhatYou’llDo:
- Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
- Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Verify insurance, tradepayoffsand obtain deposits
- Work until closing a couple shifts per week
- Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail
- Experience in a retail environment and retail hours (including Saturdays)
- Be transparent
