What You’ll Do

  • Own initial outreach to inbound and event-generated leads
  • Proactively revive cold leads and move them through the funnel
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns on LinkedIn, by email, and via phone
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product team to understand buyer pain points
  • Participate in regular team trainings and share feedback to help refine our playbook
  • Adapt to whatever the company needs — whether it’s jumping on last-minute demos or helping close a high-potential deal


What You Bring

  • You're early in your career but hungry to prove yourself
  • You’ve got great energy on calls, solid writing skills, and you know how to tell a story
  • You’re highly organized — from your CRM hygiene to your calendar
  • You’re coachable, competitive, and confident
  • Bonus if you’ve succeeded in team sports or competitive environments (including e-sports)
  • Extra bonus if you’ve done creative writing, stand-up, or anything where you’ve had to win people over with words


Compensation

We believe in paying for top performance. Our package includes:

  • Base salary of $80K–$120K
  • Equity with meaningful upside
  • Uncapped commission, with potential earnings of up to $200K
  • You’ll also get all the startup perks — from flexibility to ownership.
