What You’ll Do
- Own initial outreach to inbound and event-generated leads
- Proactively revive cold leads and move them through the funnel
- Run targeted outbound campaigns on LinkedIn, by email, and via phone
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product team to understand buyer pain points
- Participate in regular team trainings and share feedback to help refine our playbook
- Adapt to whatever the company needs — whether it’s jumping on last-minute demos or helping close a high-potential deal

Compensation
We believe in paying for top performance. Our package includes:
- Base salary of $80K–$120K
- Equity with meaningful upside
- Uncapped commission, with potential earnings of up to $200K
