What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Directional Drillers position at ECI Contracting?

We have a large Gas Distribution project running in Redwood Falls, Wahpeton, and Central North Dakota over the next few years and are seeking to hire Experienced Directional Drillers to run the drill and locating box with a variety of sizes.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and stay late as needed
- Ability to work in changing weather conditions
- Willing to travel overnights during the construction season
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and maneuver in small areas
- Federal Med/Health Card
- Strong communication skills
* Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
Duties
- Work in adherence to safe practices, written procedures, and worksite or traffic laws
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections daily
- Operate equipment of various sizes and weights to prepare worksite, excavations, and move materials
- Use hand tools to dig around existing utilities to prevent damages
- Checks and maintains equipment in good and safe working order
- Keep worksite clean and organized
Education, Skills, Experience:
- Previous experience in the utility and/or gas distribution industry
- Safely work around equipment, and around underground utilities
- Desire to learn and commitment to working safely
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
