ECI Management Group is hiring a Culinary Manager at Camp Joseph T Robinson in North Little Rock.
Culinary Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Cooking from Scratch – Catering / Café / Other Meal Production for Multiple stations
- Supervise approx. 10 Employees
- Proper Storage and Temperature controls
- Managing Labor and Food Cost
- Daily Prep Sheets
- Inventory
- Training of Staff
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of hospitality-related experience
- 3 years of kitchen manager or leadership experience
- Strong Culinary Background Education preferred but will accept experience
- Serve Safe Certified (Have or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable using a computer, navigating standard office and point-of-sale software.
Work Hours – Approximately 45 - 50 hours per week.
Salary: 55K
