What You’ll Do
- Handle resident service requests via online ticketing system on a timely basis while providing fantastic customer service.
- Perform or assist in all phases of apartment and property maintenance including make-readies, walking vacant units, groundskeeping, punch-out work, trash-out, maintaining the swimming pool and golf carts, and interior and exterior repairs.
- Assist in the upkeep of the exterior and interior of the property.
- Assist the Service Manager with health and safety issues by identifying and reporting potential hazards, liability and safety concerns, and unresolved maintenance issues.
- Assist with efforts to prevent, mitigate and repair damage from severe weather events.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment and ability to operate them in a safe manner.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, ADA, OSHA and other regulations affecting the maintenance of the property.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED along with a valid driver’s license.
- A minimum of one year of general maintenance experience in multi-unit property management.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, and painting procedures
- Work as scheduled, including weekend and on-call shifts as needed.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime if needed.

- CPO certification
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Yardi, and other relevant applications.
Physical Activities and Work Environment
- Requires frequent lifting and moving of objects up to 75 pounds.
- Requires frequent bending and/or stooping, and use of ladders or stepladders, to perform essential maintenance tasks.
- May require regularly climbing stairs to access upper floor apartments.
- Requires frequently working outside in various weather conditions.
