Our entry-level Customer Support and Sales Associates continue to be the point of contact for our customer accounts. They initiate, maintain, and sustain relationships with each of our customers to bolster ROI and revenue.
Internally, we focus on the growth and development of our Customer Support and Sales Associates. Since the growth we have seen over the last few months, we are seeking someone who can start with us at entry-level, but is invested in the long-term benefits of organic growth with a company. Entry-Level Customer Support and Sales Associate Responsibilities :
- Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of services
- Be a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward customer service
- Negotiate inquiries with precision, while overturning any additional customer objections
- Participate and engage in ongoing in-house training and development with other entry-level Customer Support and Sales Associates
- Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges
