About the Role

Join ECI as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist and play a key role in delivering exceptional hiring experiences, optimizing recruiting technology, and supporting new hire onboarding. In this hybrid role, you'll manage recruitment logistics, analyze hiring data, oversee recruiting tech stack operations, and contribute to onboarding processes-all while embracing ECI's values : Crave Greatness, Own the Outcome, Deliver Awesome, and Embrace Community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration & Recruiting Support :
  • Post and manage job openings across internal and external platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS for accurate tracking.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Create and send offers, and assist candidates with the pre-boarding process.
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Create and maintain Talent Acquisition SOPs.
  • Recruiting Tech Stack Management :
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the recruiting tech stack, including the ATS, MS Bookings, Smartsheet, SharePoint internal site and files, and other tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure tools are optimized for team efficiency.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or upgrades to improve recruitment workflows.
  • Train recruiters and hiring managers on effectively using recruiting tools and systems.
  • Data Analysis & Insights :
  • Create and manage reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, employee referral payouts, and .
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making for recruiters and leadership.
  • Process Improvement :
  • Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and the candidate experience.
  • Implement enhancements based on hiring metrics and team feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • New Hire Onboarding Support :
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Provide new hires with information and resources to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Gather and analyze feedback on the onboarding process to drive continuous improvement.
  • Employment Branding Support :
  • Collaborate with TA and Marketing on employment branding initiatives to include Glassdoor drives, LinkedIn content and engagement
  • Create and update internal and external communications templates. Create new copy for internal and external communications as needed for recruiting and branding initiatives.
  • What You'll Bring

  • Experience : 2 years in recruitment coordination or a similar role with experience in data analysis.
  • Skills : Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), Excel or Google Sheets, and strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Mindset : Analytical thinker with a passion for improving processes and solving problems through data.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with recruitment workflows, hiring metrics, and candidate experience best practices.
