Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Literacy Teacher to join our team at Old Dominion Job Corps in Monroe, VA.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in teaching and mentoring students in a residential setting.
- This is an exempt position that requires a high degree of discipline, organization, and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification to teach in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and comply with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy
