Eckert Seamans is a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation and history of success that spans more than 65 years. With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 15 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We are seeking a Collection Manager for our Pittsburgh , PA office.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Ensure firm and client collections guidelines and deadlines are met
- Evaluate and collaborate with attorneys to implement collection strategy, report on and monitor delinquent accounts
- Review and evaluate delinquent accounts, determine appropriate action in accordance with firm policy and legal requirements
- Research and respond to collections inquiries
- Perform data entry
- Provide reporting
- Performs other related duties as assigned
