About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and report on data from various sources, including Salesforce. Advanced Excel skills are required, including Pivot Tables, Indexing, and use of multiple embedded formulas such as IF statements. Strong attention to detail is essential for accuracy.
• Sales Compensation & Performance Analysis: Work with sales compensation data to measure performance across Sales, Bookings, and Accounts Receivable. Experience with tools like Captivate IQ is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting & Support: Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and assist sales teams with questions about reports. A solid understanding of the data at the deal level is important for answering queries and ensuring data integrity.
• Special Projects & Process Improvements: Support the rebaselining of compensation and incentive structures, conduct analytics on Bookings and AAR (Average Annual Revenue), and assist with other special projects. Experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Multiple years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a proven track record of working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, Indexing).
• Experience with Salesforce for data extraction and reporting.
• Familiarity with sales compensation and performance metrics, such as Bookings and AAR.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify trends and insights from data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FPA) is a plus.
• Experience in the SAAS, Sales, or Tech industry is preferred, but not required.
