Requirements :
- Excellent English communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams, or high school diploma with 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, team empowerment, and transparency
- Proven track record in coaching and mentoring agile teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for driving change
- 1 Agile certifications : CSM, CSP, PSM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple agile teams and coordinating with PMO
- Proficient with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
